My name is Janeen St.Claire. I was raised in upstate N.Y. along with my five brothers and one sister. My dad was a professional baseball player. I had two great parents who saw to it that all of their children kept active in a variety of sports. At 19 years old I moved out of the nest egg and drove out to California where I lived for 2 years before making my way to Las Vegas, Nevada. Las Vegas became my home for 28 years where I was married, worked and raised my 2 children. I now live in Reno, Nevada where the change of seasons and small town atmosphere are more to my liking.

The subject of weight loss and diet planning has always been an interest and passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I created a "lifetime" format and diet plan used for weight loss and diet planning back in 1988-1989.  The "format" I created can be used by anyone that needs to lose weight or is interested in diet planning. The diet planning format is not only used to lose weight, it can also be used to create diet planning programs for bodybuilders and professional athletes just by changing out the foods. Gramslam.com has been online since the year 1999. Through the years (SINCE 1999) my diet plans have been continually updated to make the food selections healthier. Many of the foods used in my "Original"  program have changed and have been replaced (it is not recommended to purchase the 2004 book as the book is outdated) as many of the foods may be unavailable, outdated or just not as healthy as the foods I now use in the new diet plan. The new diet plan is one of the best, healthiest, pre-planned, and most common sense based diet programs I believe on the internet and the diet plan is priced affordably for those with limited budgets. It is so easy to follow and it works!

There are days that you get to cook (days 1-12) and in days 13-19 there is NO cooking involved. You can mix them up as you do not have to follow them in any particular order! All the frozen Organic and NON GMO frozen meals used in the diet plan can most of the time be found at Super Wal-Marts. They are also available in health food stores.

 Why choose a NON GMO DIET PLAN? 

 

You never have to eat anything you don't like on this program because all the foods can be substituted. If you prefer some days more than others then just repeat them and though Alcohol is not part of the program you can have up to 2 glasses of (3-4oz) wine or 2 (12oz) bottles of beer in a week as long as you are of legal drinking age. The National Cholesterol Education Program recommends less than 300mg of cholesterol per day and less than 30% total fat calories per day. The new diet plan contains less than 200 mg of cholesterol a day in all the diet menus. The National Institute of Health recommends for safe and adequate dietary sodium intake to be around 2400mg daily.
